Hello and a warm welcome to 'East and Southeast Asian Scotland' (ESAS).
Scotland's first Non-profit dedicated to mobilising democratic civil participation of East and Southeast Asian (ESA) people in Scottish society whilst fighting inequalities, systemic barriers and racism faced by ESA communities in Scotland.
TIME TO TALK
ESAS are offering complementary online confidential 'time to talk' peer support group sessions (Not group therapy). Taking place weekly on Saturdays 1.30pm - 2.45pm for East and Southeast Asians in Scotland who have been affected by loneliness and isolation, hate crime, racism, racial discrimination or racial abuse.
Session 1: The facilitator is a mental health practitioner in training who is a member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)
Sessions 2, 3 and 4: The facilitator will be supervised by a mental health practitioner in training who is a member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)
All sessions will be kept highly confidential following data protection safeguarding to ensure strict privacy and confidentiality.
