Cultural Competency Training & Consultation with ESA Scotland
Inclusive practice starts with understanding and awareness.
At East and Southeast Asian Scotland, we believe that culturally competent approaches to policy development and programme delivery are essential to building inclusive, equitable, and effective services. Rooted in community knowledge and lived experience, our approach is informed by long-term engagement and proven methods of meaningful outreach.
Our team brings together a cross-section of consultants and community members who are not only recognised leaders within their communities, but also expert advocates with deep, nuanced experience of both broad and specific East and Southeast Asian (ESEA) migrant and diaspora contexts in the UK. We actively engage with trusted partners and support services across the UK to help ensure that ESEA communities can access culturally appropriate support.
Through our training and consultation services, we support individuals and organisations to engage respectfully and effectively with ESEA communities across Scotland and the wider UK.
